Qut also provides a lot of information on how to deal with culture shock; but for those considering an exchange to japan, i must recommend that you watch the youtube channel: abroad in japan. this site covers everything from must have experiences to japanese language tips to the do’s and don’ts of japanese culture.. The facilitator is a native japanese person. topics include: basic pronunciation, romanised japanese (romaji - this helps to read japanese place names), necessary phrases for travel, daily greetings and expressions, introducing yourself, asking the time and business hours, asking directions, ordering food and buying souvenirs.. Japanese is a language spoken by over 125 million people. until the 5th or 6th century ad, when chinese characters were introduced, the japanese had no writing system. japanese is one of the world's major languages, ranking ninth in terms of the number of speakers..

Queensland university of technology this paper follows the development of a multimedia language learning project. the project covers four languages, french, german, indonesian and japanese, and was jointly developed by the school of humanities and the computer based education section of qut.. We offer training in japanese martial arts, fitness, health, personal protection and self-defense. additionally, we also cover japanese language, history and culture. although qut ninjutsu is a university club, it is open to both students and the general public.. Griffith university (griffith), queensland university of technology (qut) and the university of queensland (uq) have formed the brisbane universities languages alliance (bula) to give you more opportunities to incorporate language studies into your degree..
